Who is Don Felix?
After 30+ years working in the restaurant industry as a chef, Felix Ariza decided to open his very own taco truck right here in the Hudson Valley! His dream has always been to own his own business and serve his community one taco at a time! Felix stops at nothing to continue to push the envelope through his menu and his dedication to his craft!
